Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you wish to return an item it must be unworn or unused complete with any original packaging or tags, along with a receipt of purchase.

Please contact us at pigboyinfo@gmail.com with your return request and we will get back to you with instructions on how to return your item/items to us.

Upon receiving your order please ensure to check your order is correct and also for any damages. Contact us as soon as possible to try to rectify the problem. Each latex item is hand made in Scotland so nothing damaged should leave our workroom.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
